When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive tracking details by email after your order has shipped. Processing times can vary during busy periods, but the shipping confirmation is the best place to find your tracking link.
Why has my tracking not updated yet?
Tracking can take 1-3 business days to update after the carrier receives your package. If there is still no movement after that window, contact support with your order details.
What should I do if my package is delayed?
Check the latest carrier update first. If the delivery estimate has passed or the tracking appears stalled, contact KIRAWear support with your order number and tracking number.
What happens if my order is marked delivered but I cannot find it?
Check nearby delivery areas, your mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, or neighbors first. If you still cannot locate it, contact support so we can review the next steps with you.
